Collection and hip and shoulder positioning

Keep my left shoulder back and my right hip forward

Ride the transitions upward! Especially the downward transition. Worked on walk to canter to walk using an upward lift with my seat... double time for the downward on the left lead. Rein lameness not present today! Really thought about twisting my left hip forward and my left shoulder back.

worked on collecting the trot... almost thinking riding half steps and more upwards
