Did some pillar work and lunging in the roundpen. Still a turkey but got better. lots of releasing. but trotting left almost looked lame on the lunge... left hind maybe??
Rode... stopped at top of Jean's driveway and didn't want to go... didn't want to go to the arena? Was just looking at the statues? Got him moving and he walked into arena fine... did a shorter warm up because of lunging and pillars, but... still lame. Not as bad as yesterday but still there. Slightly more inconsistent.. did seem worse trackign right after right lead canter today... but only a few steps. still overall worse going left. More rein rooting again today. But he was trying... and no tongue or chomping. or even biting at his shoulder, but some rooting.
walked back home via the driveway and took a little spin in Art's back/side yard to munch on some green grass but didn't do a neighborhood hack.
gotta figure out which vet to go to.
