XC lesson cancelled, but went with laura and jumped anyways. did core activation and mobilization stuff first.
Dan was awesome. I was still riding backwards and picking. Forward. Final jump felt perfect! Count my strides and I'm less likely to pick and ride backwards. No issues without studs
then hacked with laura and then went alone because it was so pretty and I wanted photos. Saw the heron twice. thanks God
