Today we did a cavaletti and grid day lesson. It was super fun. :) I ended up riding with a group in the morning over the cavaletti's and then I joined Beth and Mighty for the grids at the end. Yay! It was tough but super helpful. I got to ride in the monoflap. Look at Dan's knees!! LOOK AT HIS KNEES!!!!
Sadly, I didn't have time to properly type up the info and I can't remember specifically what we worked on. Sigh.... But.. that's okay, cause.. LOOK AT HIS KNEES!!!
