Well this week has been tough. Monday was a good day until I spent 5 hrs in the ER waiting on my Deep Vein Thrombosis diagnosis. Then they started me on blood thinners. So yay for riding feral baby horses, and D-rexes. Then Wednesday Peri went to the ER and ended up admitted and by last night/this morning they decided it was time for hospice. So I went to go visit her because I am driving to Ocala for a vet conference for 4 days. And I have a feeling I won't see Peri again.
So... I snuck in a quick ride. Because... I needed it. My heart needed it. Sadly though he put his tongue out again when we did our lateral work. Sigh... But it still did my heart good to sit on him.
